Poskytnutí licence
Společnost PG Music Inc. uděluje držiteli licence
právo užívat Band-in-a-Box® 2018 MegaPAK včetně systému
RealBand pro Windows® (dále jen program) současně na
pěti (5) počítačích uživatele nebo používat program v síti nebo
v multi -user prostředí v rámci zde uvedené vzdělávací instituce za
předpokladu, že celkový počet současně pracujících uživatelů
nepřekročí pět licencí.
Poskytnutí licence Band-in-a-Box® 2018 MegaPAK včetně
systému RealBand pro Windows® se v rámci této licence dále
vztahuje i na možnost jejího použití mimo pracoviště uživatele (školy)
a to jen pro podporu přípravy výuky učitelem nebo lektorem v učebně.
Autorská práva
Program a doprovodná tištěná nebo edokumentace (PDF) dokumentace jsou chráněny autorskými právy a zákony Spojených států a Kanady a dalšími ustanovení mezinárodních smluv. Majitel licence musí zacházet s tímto programem a jeho psanou doprovodnou dokumentací stejně jako u jakéhokoli jiného materiálu chráněného autorskými právy a je zakázáno vytvářet kopie bez výslovného písemného souhlasu společnosti PG Music Inc. Držitel licence je oprávněn vytvořit pouze jednu kopii programu pro potřeby zálohování.
Další omezení
Držitel licence nesmí půjčovat, pronajímat ani licencovat program nebo užívání programu třetí straně, která není uvedena v této smlouvě.
Držitel licence nesmí zjišťovat zdrojový kód pomocí reverzního inženýrství, dekompilovat, rozkládat nebo jinak měnit program tak, aby zdrojový kód programu pochopila jiná osoba.
Držitel licence nesmí užívat, kopírovat, upravovat ani převádět program zcela nebo částečně, pokud to výslovně nestanoví tato smlouva. Podpisem této smlouvy nebo použitím programu poskytnutého s touto smlouvou souhlasíte s tím, že budete vázáni podmínkami této licence.
Grant of License
PG Music Inc. grants the licensee the right to use the Band-in-a-Box® 2018 MegaPAK with RealBand for Windows® (“program”) simultaneously on five (5) single user computers or use the program in a networked or multi-user environment, within the educational institution named herein provided the total number of simultaneous users does not exceed five (5) installations.
The grant of permission to use Band-in-a-Box® 2018 MegaPAK with RealBand or Windows® under this license extends to off-site use in support of classroom activities by a teacher or instructor so authorized by the licensee.
Copyright
The program and its accompanying printed documentation are protected by United States and Canadian copyright laws and international treaty provisions. The licensee must treat this program and its accompanying printed documentation as they would any other copyrighted material and are prohibited from making any copies without the express written consent of PG Music Inc. The licensee is permitted to make a single copy of the program for backup purposes.
Other Restrictions
The licensee may not rent, lease or license the program or use of the program to a third party not provided for in this agreement.
The licensee may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise alter the program in such a way that it would make the program’s source code understandable to a knowledgeable person.
The licensee may not use, copy, modify or transfer the program in whole or in part, except as expressly provided by this agreement. By signing this agreement or using the program provided with this agreement you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this license.
